Buyer's Agreement
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on our site. All transactions are a legally binding agreement between both buyers & vendors for products and services found on this website. My City Artisans will not be held responsible, nor shall we mediate any conflicts arising between those parties. My City Artisans does not partake in the transaction, nor do we collect any commission on sales made to vendors. The buyer agrees to pay the vendor's price in accordance with the vendor's policies and conditions. You will honour all charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.
Please make sure to read all of a vendor's shop policies prior to making a purchase. Should you have any questions, it's in your best interest to ask the vendor for further details by emailing or contacting them directly. By making any purchases through our site , the buyer assumes the risks involved with making online transactions. You will be redirected to PayPal's secure payment gateway to complete your transactions and receive confirmation from PayPal. There are those on the internet that misrepresent themselves in order to commit fraudulent acts. My City Artisans takes measures to validate all users to the site, but we cannot and do not identify all users that open an account on the site. Please follow common precautions when making transactions or forwarding any personal information online.
